Owner
Local to the Williamsburg area for over 20 years I first worked in the Arborsitry Field in 2004 as groundsman for a large tree removal company located in the Williamsburg area. I was fascinated by the Stump Grinder that showed up to the job, rolled in with a big machine, and plowed through stumps. Over the years I worked in other career fields gaining skills in Management, Sales, Landscaping, Construcion, Insurance, and Taxes to help posess the skills, knowledge and expertise to open my own business. I started with a $30,000 Home Equity Loan and drove 18 Hours to New England to but my first piece of equipment. I have been grinding stumps, pruning, and removing trees ever since and have invested the money I have made into new, bigger, and better equipment while growing my knowledge to provide a better service every day. If your not learning something everyday then your not growing, and that is what helps me to continue to sharpen my skills daily to do the best job possible. I look forward to using my skills and dedication to help you with your next project!

Estimates vary based on numerus factors such as depth of grind, size of stumps, and risk factors. Discount are given for volume of stumps. Most stumps average around $100-150 a piece, with clusters of shrubs around $10 a piece, or Giant stumps over 4 feet can be $300 or more depending on different factors. I generally charge by the Hour so that I can be transparent with my prices as much as possible, and with a brand new 50 Horsepower Diesel, I can grind alot of stumps in 1 hour. Hourly Rate is typically around $300 and rakeover of grindings is include at no additional cost.
